F.H. King: Students for Sustainable Agriculture is looking for passionate, communicative students who want to tackle important issues on the UW campus and beyond. Director applicants are required to commit one year to the organization, but longer terms are always appreciated. No experience is required. F.H. The Education Director plans and facilitates the summer farm internship and programming during the school year. The individual who fills this position should be dedicated to justice-oriented and fostering community. The position requires a 10 hour per week commitment during the school year and a 15 hour per week commitment during the summer. Applications rolling; submit before February 2, 2020.
The Farm Directors are the stewards of our land in the Eagle Heights Community Gardens. They lead the process of researching, planning, and implementing sustainable agriculture practices and growing produce. The Communications Director designs all print and communication materials, manages this website and social media, and leads all outreach efforts for F.H. King. Applicants should be familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign .
